completed course requirements to earn ABR designations.

representation, and so will you. She will assist you in locating a Lender/Mortgage
company that can meet with you and help you find a mortgage, that’s just
right for your needs.
Once you’re qualified, Linda will help you with
selecting properties to view and inspect and find a home that best fits
your wants and needs. (Not just what we have listed but what’s REALLY
out there for you to choose from!) Then she will accompany you on all
showings at a time that is convenient for you.
Next you will be given a market review to insure you
get the best possible price by being able to make an educated and
informed decision.
When you have decided on the home of your choice,
Linda will help you write your offer, present the offer on your behalf,
assist you in the negotiations and keep you informed on the progress at
all times.
Calculate the closing
costs for you that are needed to purchase and explain them to you.
Once we have an accepted
purchase agreement, she will stay on top of all the pre-closing
activities and planning and keep you informed as we progress.
Then she accompany you on
the final walk through prior to closing and go to the final closing with
you.

every step of the way to answer any questions you may have, before and
